Technical fluids supply and used oil recovery system with metering module and integration into the DMS system

This system is designed for professional workshops to enable the efficient distribution and accounting of up to 6 types of oils ant coolant (e.g., motor oil, coolant,). Each fluid is dispensed from service tower through a dedicated 10-meter hose reel with a digital flow meter, integrated into the workshop’s DMS (Dealer Management System) for real-time tracking and reporting.

Fluids are transported via a pressurized closed-loop pipeline system, fed by pneumatic or electric pumps. Used fluids (e.g., waste oil) are collected through a fixed underground suction system connected to service pits and routed to centralized waste tanks.

To ensure safety and environmental compliance, the system includes spill containment trays under storage and dispensing points, as well as automatic monitoring and control for both fresh and waste fluids.
