Compressed Air Distribution Piping System

Description:
A ring-type compressed air distribution system is being designed to supply pneumatic pumps in the technical fluids storage area and to deliver compressed air to 9 dispensing points installed at various workstations.

System Parameters:
Main ring line: total length 96 meters, pipe diameter Ø 40 mm
Branches to dispensing points: total length 36 meters, pipe diameter Ø 20 mm
Dispensing points: 9 units, each planned to be equipped with:
Shut-off valves
Pressure regulators / air mixers for airflow control
Hose reels (installation planned)

Purpose:
Compressed air supply to workstations and pneumatic pumps (for technical fluid distribution)
Air delivery to work areas in service workshops or industrial environments
Ensures even pressure distribution throughout the entire piping system
