Slim square design of the cylinder increases the working space inside the pit. Rust protection system ensures optimal lubrication of piston rod and cylinder. Standard maintenance unit with water separator and oil vapourizer. Load lifting by manually-operated hand pump. Pneumatic quick lift "up" moves the piston rod to the lifting points in seconds with foot-operation and forced ram return is moving the lifting piston back rapidly to the rest position with hand operation. It has a hard chromium-plated piston rod and hard chromium-plated pump piston. Carriage is floor-running, guided in u-profile, with aluminium checker-plate cover and sideways adjustment over the full width of the carriage. Easy-running guide rollers allow fast and effortless running of the lifts inside the pit.
