Hybrid Vehicle Gasoline Engine Injection Training Stand – Motronic M 3.8.X (MPI)
The training stand features a multi-point injection (MPI) fuel system.
Allows observation of the fuel supply system operation, fuel injectors' spray quantity and quality, and the fuel pressure generated by the fuel pump.
The fuel pump is submerged in a transparent tank, making its operation visible during demonstrations.
Adjustable airflow enables measurements of the mass airflow sensor and intake manifold air temperature sensor.
Visible spark plug operation.
Adjustable engine RPM speed.
By modifying the simulated Lambda sensor parameters, the fuel mixture can be adjusted to run leaner or richer.
The stand includes a detailed electrical schematic with standard symbols and measurement contacts for components.
Removable jumpers allow fault simulation. Removing them enables the simulation of over 20 different errors, allowing users to observe how other components' operation is affected.
