A fully functional Climatronic electronic climate control system and R134a refrigerant-based air conditioning system, installed in a mobile aluminum frame. Built with Audi/VW OEM components, it allows students to gain hands-on experience in system operation, diagnostics, and fault troubleshooting.
Features:
The stand includes an OBD 16-pin diagnostic connector, pressure gauges for monitoring high and low-pressure circuits, an electromagnetic compressor clutch, a visible HVAC mixing unit, and airflow flap control. It enables simulation of over 15 system faults and real-time analysis of system parameters.
