Automotive Lighting and Signaling System Training Stand

The stand includes headlamps, tail lamps, fog lights, turn signals, and hazard lights, fully replicating real vehicle functionality. An integrated OBD II diagnostic connector allows real-time parameter monitoring and fault code management.

Open contacts and a detailed wiring diagram with labels and jumpers provide opportunities for measurements and fault simulation. The stand also features rain and light sensors, headlight range control units, and a trailer detection system.

Students gain hands-on experience by diagnosing lighting and signaling systems, analyzing system parameters such as headlight adjustment and emergency lighting, and engaging in practical laboratory exercises.
