Automotive Lighting System Training Stand
A fully functional automotive lighting system installed in a mobile aluminum frame with telescopic legs. Based on VW/AUDI OEM components, it enables students to learn about the structure of the lighting system, component operation, and perform diagnostic measurements.
Features:
The stand includes an electrical wiring diagram with measurement connectors, open contacts for system component measurements, an OBD 16-pin diagnostic connector, a 13-pin trailer socket (ISO11446), and an adjustable headlight leveling system.
Diagnostics and Measurements:
Allows students to use measuring instruments (oscilloscope/multimeter) to analyze electrical signals, perform headlight adjustment tests, read/erase fault codes, and monitor live data via the OBD connector.
