KE150X is a hydraulic-pneumatic pit lift designed for heavy-duty vehicles. The unit features fast operation, precise control, and a robust construction. It is equipped with a quick-lift mechanism that allows the pistons to rapidly reach the pick-up point. The pedal-operated precision lift enables smooth adjustment of the lifting height, which is particularly important for delicate tasks such as engine installation or assembly of sensitive components.
The automatic hydraulic-pneumatic lowering function allows the piston to return quickly to its starting position, with or without load. Unlike conventional systems, the piston is actively “pulled” back. The carriage design incorporates needle roller bearings to ensure smooth movement without extra effort. All lifting systems automatically lower when the load exceeds 800 kg.
A key technical feature is the anti-corrosion protection. In this fully hydraulic lifting system, both the piston and cylinder are completely immersed in oil during each lifting and lowering cycle. This ensures long-term protection of the cylinder walls against rust throughout the unit’s service life.
