5% Mg aluminium alloy wire for MIG welding of AlMg alloys (Mg up to 5%) resistant to marine corrosion. The deposited metal is more resistant to hot cracking than aluminium-magnesium alloys with a lower Mg content. It is suitable for colour-matched beads on materials suitable for anodising.
