- Insert the float into the tube. (Wide part down)
- Analyze a cell in your battery by taking a small amount of battery acid from it with the pipette.
- Wait for the float to stabilize.
- Hold the scale upright and read the result on the scale on the battery side on the surface of the liquid.
- Repeat the operation for the other cells of the battery.
- If the result is not satisfactory, recharge your battery and wait 30 minutes before repeating the test.
