REDATS W-100 is one of the cheapest wheel balancers available on the market. It comes with a manual drive and you can use it for balancing wheels of cars and car-derived vans.

Precise balancing
It comes with an LED screen, connected to precise piezoelectric sensors. Min. imbalance is 1g. The unit comes with a foot brake, so you can lock the shaft in the imbalanced spot, making it easier to mount the weight precisely.
